CSR

TOSEN is proactively engaged in volunteer activities in Yamanashi City, where our main factory is located, while supporting disaster-affected areas in the aftermath of a natural disaster.
In the event of a disaster, we face not only lack of linen at hospitals and evacuation centers, but also poor sanitation conditions.
In the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake, our service engineer wasted no time rushing to the affected areas; repaired damaged machines of linen supply laundry factory, whether the locals used our machines or not.
We will continue to engage in social contribution activities taking advantage of our basic principle of diversity and inclusion.

Our Activities in Environment and Conservation

Our Activities in Environment and Conservation

TOSEN won the Japan Machinery Industry Federation Chairman's Award, for its particularly excellent energy-saving machines, in 2007 and 2012. Today, we are working to develop environment-friendly, patented technology to be applied in our products.
We are the industry leader in terms of environmental-issue solution, while aiming at the manufacturing’s further development and achieving sustainable environment.

Our Activities in Sports Promotion

Our Activities in Sports Promotion

Our rugby team "Clean Fighters" was established aiming of "unifying the minds of employees through sports" in 1991, when we decided to merge our 2 factories, both in Tamagawa and Sagamihara and to locate the new factory in Yamanashi.
Since 2002, the team, with philosophy of "To give dreams, courage and excitement to many people through rugby", has been loved by locals of Yamanashi.
At the rugby field adjacent to the factory, you can find local students practicing the sport. And sports promotion events are held regularly. Future rugby players may come out of our field!
