• Cases in which the provision of personal information is specially necessary for improving public hygiene or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain consent of the relevant customer
• Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining consent of the relevant customer might impede the execution of the operations concerned

4.Disclosure・Correction・Deletion

We shall endeavor to maintain personal information in a correct and current form. Also we will promptly disclose personal information based on a predetermined procedure when we are asked to disclose personal information which we own from customers. As a result, if there is any wrong information, we will correct or delete it promptly.

5.Safety Management

We shall take necessary measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage and for the proper management of the retained personal information. We may modify this privacy policy due to the change of laws and other rules in order to attempt protection of personal information.
